I bought my husband a moose head for Christmas. Yes, a moosehead. My brother shot it and a friend is mounting it. I thought the gift was going to be different and easy (just write the check). However, there are moose decisions to be made. Which way should it face? What about the ears? So, I am enclosing a picture if anyone would like to give a moose opinion.

I like the top one. I think it should be looking straight ahead. The ones with their heads turned looks way too life like, kind of creapy even. I have no opinions on the ears.
I agree with Grace, the head strait ones are definately less creapy. I like the bottom one best though, the top was has kind of buggy eyes. I can picture grandkids crying about it after Uncle Andy tells them scary stories about it coming to life at night. Don't think it won't happen, because you know it will!
Why would you buy it? Rob doesn't seem the type to want a moose head. But I agree with Grace and Adriann, straight. My Grandparents have one in their house, and it's always given me the willies (the head is turned).
Actually, I think since it is a cow and not a bull, turn the head and scare the heck out of Rob every time he looks at it!!
